Twa Dale Estates is a model railway in O14 scale. This means it is built to the same 7mm to 1 ft (1/43)  scale as O gauge but runs on rails 14 mm apart so representing a 2ft gauge prototype. Built by Duncan Croser to replace his previous O gauge Layout Lynton Road.

 

After the first world war there was a great deal of military surplus 2ft gauge equipment going cheap & it became the most common narrow gauge for industrial use.
